Adult Assessment Timeline
We aim to provide a structured and timely assessment process. The typical timeline for adult autism or ADHD assessments is as follows:
Step 1: Pre-Assessment Consultation
📅 Within 1–2 weeks of booking
A 60-minute online consultation to explore your background, concerns, and goals for assessment. You’ll also receive pre-assessment forms and rating scales to complete before the next stage.
Step 2: Diagnostic Interview & Observation
📅 Scheduled within 2–4 weeks
You will take part in a structured diagnostic interview (typically online) and a direct observation session (in person or online) using tools such as the ADOS-2. Optional input from someone who knew you in childhood may be included, if available.
Step 3: Review & Integration of Information
📅 1–2 weeks following final session
Your psychologist will review all data (interviews, rating scales, third-party input, and relevant documents) and begin integrating findings into a detailed diagnostic formulation.
Step 4: Feedback & Report Delivery
📅 2–3 weeks after assessment sessions are complete
You’ll receive a comprehensive written report with conclusions, diagnostic clarification (if applicable), and tailored recommendations. A follow-up video feedback session will be held to explain the findings and answer any questions.

Most adult assessments are completed within 4–8 weeks from the initial consultation, depending on availability and whether third-party input is required.
