  • Discussion of current concerns, history, and priorities

  • Clinical guidance on whether a full assessment is appropriate

  • Signposting and recommendations for next steps

  • Understanding a new or existing diagnosis (Autism, ADHD, or related needs

  • Navigating school or service systems

  • Behavioural or emotional challenges

  • Supporting daily life (e.g. sleep, routines, sensory regulation)

Sessions are 50 minutes, scheduled flexibly, and include follow-up resources or notes where helpful
