


Adult ADHD Assessment
This comprehensive assessment is designed to explore whether you meet criteria for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The process is tailored to adults and follows best practice guidelines.
What’s Included:
Initial intake consultation (1 hour, online)
Detailed background and developmental history form
Standardised ADHD questionnaires (self-report and, if possible, informant version)
Clinical interview exploring attention, impulsivity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and other relevant areas
Optional cognitive screening if clinically indicated
Written report outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Feedback session (online or phone) to discuss results and next steps
Important Notes:
This is a diagnostic assessment and does not include medication or therapy.
If ADHD is diagnosed, you will receive a report suitable for your GP or psychiatrist to support referral for medication or additional services.
If the presentation is complex (e.g. overlapping with autism, trauma, or mental health), a broader neurodevelopmental or psychological assessment may be recommended.
