Our Fees & Payment Information
To secure your booking and allow for a well-planned, contained assessment process, a 20% booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit forms part of the total assessment fee and reflects the reservation of dedicated clinical time, including preparation and integration of information.
As assessment appointments are limited and held specifically for each individual or family, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the assessment begins. Assessment work cannot commence until payment has been received in full.
Fees are fixed and non-negotiable, reflecting the time-intensive and specialist nature of comprehensive psychological assessment. For this reason, discounts and payment plans are not offered.
